SHIPPING DETAILS
Our main warehouse is located in Turkey. The team is working intensively 7 days a week to deliver your orders to you as soon as possible.
Your orders will be delivered safely and securely with one of the shipping companies; UPS, FEDEX, DHL or TNT. We offer 5-10 Business Days worldwide shipping as default.
Most of the time, we pack and ship your orders from our warehouse in Turkey within 24-48 hours except holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details via e-mail once your order has left our facility. If you have special request regarding shipping companies or order preparation time please send us an email to info@hobinisyarns.com about this. We will do our best for all your requests :)
DUTIES AND TAXES INFORMATION
Additional fees such as taxes, duty or brokerage may be requested upon delivery or billed in the future from the carrier selected and your local customs department. Hobinisyarns is not responsible for any of these costs. You will be responsible for the payment of any such additional duties and/or taxes.
Kindly please be noted, that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Therefore, we advise that you contact your local customs office or taxation authority for more information before placing your order. As we already informed we pack&ship all the products from our warehouse located in Turkey.
Cross-border shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities, and you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which your parcel is destined. We will not be liable for any breach made by you of any such laws.

ATTENTION OF OUR EU CUSTOMERS:
As you might know that since 1 July, 2021 the Value Added Tax (VAT) rules in the European Union (EU) had been change. The VAT exemption for the importation of goods with a value not exceeding 22 EUR removed. As a result, all goods imported to the EU will be subject to VAT including our shipments.
For imports valued at €150 or more, regular duty and tax rates will still apply.

As we ship orders from Turkey warehouse delivery duty unpaid (DDU), import VAT will be owed by the customer at delivery and will not be our responsibility. Related shipping company(UPS, DHL, TNT or FEDEX) or your country’s customs authorities will contact you about the VAT process.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Most of the time, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is Out of Stock will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled and ask if you'd prefer a refund or a replacement for the missing item(s).
