SHIPPING DETAILS
We now ship all U.S. orders directly from our warehouse in Wilmington, Delaware, using USPS for reliable delivery. For all other countries, we ship from our warehouse located in Istanbul, Turkey to worldwide with FedEx, ensuring safe and efficient delivery to every corner of the globe.
Our fulfillment centers where our team works intensively 6 days a week to prepare orders as quickly as possible.
We offer 5–10 business days worldwide shipping as our standard service.
In most cases, your order will be packed and dispatched from our warehouses within 24–48 business hours, except on holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with your tracking details.

DUTIES AND TAXES INFORMATION
All U.S. orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Wilmington, Delaware. Since these are domestic shipments, there are no customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees applied at delivery. You will simply receive your package via USPS (or another selected carrier) without any additional charges.
For Canada, we ship orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) whenever applicable. This means we cover import duties and customs-related charges, and you should not be asked to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.
In rare cases, Canadian customs or the carrier may request additional information (such as a tax or ID number) to complete clearance. If this happens, we will contact you promptly to ensure smooth delivery.
For all other countries, shipments may be delivered DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Additional fees such as VAT, duties, taxes, or brokerage may be requested upon delivery or billed later by the carrier and/or your local customs department. Hobinis Yarns is not responsible for these charges, and the customer is responsible for paying any such additional costs.
Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office or taxation authority for more information before placing your order.
Cross-border shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities, and customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. We are not liable for any issues caused by non-compliance with local import regulations.

ATTENTION OF OUR EU CUSTOMERS:
As you might know that since 1 July, 2021 the Value Added Tax (VAT) rules in the European Union (EU) had been change. The VAT exemption for the importation of goods with a value not exceeding 22 EUR removed. As a result, all goods imported to the EU will be subject to VAT including our shipments.
For imports valued at €150 or more, regular duty and tax rates will still apply.

As we ship orders from Turkey warehouse delivery duty unpaid (DDU), import VAT will be owed by the customer at delivery and will not be our responsibility. Related shipping company(UPS, DHL, TNT or FEDEX) or your country’s customs authorities will contact you about the VAT process.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Most of the time, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, it will either be removed from the site or marked Out of Stock on the product page. However, due to inventory fluctuations, an item that appears available when you place your order may become unavailable.
If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible and ask whether you prefer a refund or a replacement for the missing item(s).
