Shipping and customer service

I ordered 20 days ago and still have not received my order. I reached out to the company a few days ago with screenshots from the usps tracking site and told them I thought it was lost in transit since there was not update from usps and they basically told me “too bad” but in a more formal email lol. I understand it’s not the company’s fault if a package gets lost but lack of really caring in the response was enough that I’ll probably not order again or recommend. Hopefully it shows up but I’ve already ordered and received replacements from another source a few days ago.

We want to clarify that, as stated in our communication, we provide a delivery guarantee for every single order. As of today, your tracking number has resumed movement within the USPS system, and according to the latest update, the package appears to be on track for delivery within the next 1–2 days.

Unfortunately, once a package has been accepted by USPS, routing decisions (including delays, repeated scans, or temporary holdups at distribution centers) are entirely at their discretion, and we cannot directly intervene in these internal processes. However, we actively track all delayed shipments and are committed to supporting our customers until delivery is complete. We hope the package reaches you very soon as expected.

Really disappointed with this, did not fluff up, just lots of little chunks. Also this is heavier than what I’ve ordered in the past from elsewhere, but somehow much smaller.

Great product. It doesn’t ‘shed’ nearly as much as traditional poly fill while stuffing and sewing amigurumi. It’s especially great for small dolls/amigurumi, etc bc it gives a clean result.
